The Location

St. Kitts & Nevis are located in the northern part of the Leeward Islands in the eastern Caribbean, 19 degrees north of the equator, separated by a channel two miles wide. St. Kitts is 23 miles long and 5 miles across at it's widest, encompassing an area of 68 square miles. The island's point of highest elevation is Mt. Liamuiga, at 3,792 feet. The Plan

The development will be constructed in several phases. Phase one will begin in June 2007 and see the construction of 16 hillside apartments which will be complete by September 2008. Phase two is planned to start in late 2007 and will include the remaining accommodation units and amenities. Resort completion is planned for the end of 2009.St. Kitts offers an Economic Citizenship Program entitling persons that make a minimum investment of US$350,000 in the island in an approved project to be entitled to apply for Citizenship in St Kitts and Nevis. The Property

Ocean's Edge Resort comprises 32 one bedroom beachfront apartments, 16 two bedroom beachfront homes, 48 semi-detached garden cottages, 66 two bedroom hillside apartments and 23 hilltop plots for private, bespoke villas. Building height for the apartments will be restricted to two floors and most properties will have uninterrupted ocean views. The first properties will be complete by mid 2008 with resort completion planned for December 2009.
